Stay at an archipelago-style guesthouse on Ven in Skåne
We do not offer luxury in the traditional sense. The guesthouse is old and the most important thing on the agenda back in the 30s was not soundproofing or similar amenities.
The luxury here with us is probably found in the small things. As in the "I Love Eco Essential" soap by the sink or in the charm and original atmosphere from the time when people dressed in white for the summer and traveled by train and boat from the cities to the pearl of the strait, Ven.
Writers, artists, actors, big-city celebrities and, of course, royalty and even the Russian Tsar have visited Ven. They came to enjoy nature, the unique atmosphere and the sea. Ven was also something extraordinary in the past and stood out from the classic resorts on the West Coast, Österlen, in the Stockholm archipelago, and also served as an alternative to Bornholm and Skagen.
This is also the case today when we long to escape the big city environments and seek out the countryside atmosphere of the sea, nature and beaches.
