We annually organize more than 20 weddings here on our fantastic island. This has given us great knowledge and solid experience in creating a successful and well-executed celebration together with our couples.

We always start by talking through your thoughts, dreams and ideas. We are not locked into ready-made packages and are therefore able to work with you to create exactly the celebration you want. We create together
First, a brief consultation by phone, which is then followed up with a meeting here at Ven.
After the meeting, we produce a first sketch of the layout, schedule and quote.
We nail down dates and arrangements and then the fun begins - planning and adjusting in detail.
It's important to get a feel for what you want. What style and atmosphere? Classic or perhaps with a special theme? Social dining or 5-course menu? Castle, manor or farm table setting? We have helped with quite a few different arrangements and we are absolutely not afraid to try something new. Wedding parties are amazing.
There are many opportunities
In fact, we can use the whole of Ven as a location for your celebration and we have arranged weddings on the beach, in the woods, in the garden and even helped plan weddings in St. Ibbs old church. We have hosted the reception, dinner and also cake serving both inside and outside and also in slightly different places around the island.
Food & drinks for a real party
Menu and drinks are developed in a combination of your wishes, the local ingredients here at Ven and the input and ideas of our knowledgeable staff. Wedding reception, canapés, wedding cake, party dinner, night snack etc. Together we plan everything down to the smallest detail so that you can enjoy the day, your guests and each other's happiness without worry.
