During your stay on the island it is impossible not to notice all the available produce and wilderness. All year round, we are offered completely up-to-date possibilities when composing the seasonal menu.
With a starting point in the Scandinavian kitchen, we curate a special four course menu from the best produce of the day every evening.

- Seasonal appetizers with homemade sourdough & honey bread and Læsø salted butter
- Homemade pasta of Durum wheat from Ven with Swedish chanterelles & a mushroom foam
- Wild goose, endives, fermented blackberries, beetroot & gravy
- Ice cream made with beeswax from Ven, cooked apples & pears from our garden, sweet cream made with Jerusalem artichoke from Julia's farm & roasted durum wheat
