Few places have such a wide, exciting and varied range of produce as our island of Ven, where our cooks find new and stimulating opportunities to process local ingredients in the kitchen every day. Of course, the soil conditions and unique microclimate have a positive impact on the harvest from our talented growers and farmers for us in the kitchen.

In addition, there are the enormously varied resources in nature with all the fish, seaweed and shellfish from the sea, the large wildlife population of deer, hares, pheasants, ducks and pigeons, and don't forget all the wild berries, fruits and herbs that we can collect on our daily walks around the island.

15.00 - 17.00 Raw material walk and collection together with our own guide

17.00 - 17.30 We make a refreshing pre-drink together at the "nature restaurant"

17.15 - 18.00 Everyone helps to prepare the ingredients for the evening dinner

18.00 - 21.30 Active and socially involving dinner where we get to enjoy and create the 5 - 12 dishes of the evening together in the middle of the Ven's breathtaking evironment.

2 595 SEK incl. non-alcoholic drinks package (pre-dinner drink & 4 glasses with dinner).

From 3 295 SEK incl. non-alcoholic beverage package, overnight stay and our delicious country breakfast in the morning. The price refers to overnight stay in a shared room in different room categories depending on availability.
