Albert operates both cellars according to two basic principles - proximity to nature and as few additives in the winery as possible so that the wines follow their 'acoustic' rhythm. The belief stems in the concept that no amplification is needed when you show reverence to what nature gives you.
Together with Kathrin Baake Lithander's presence and skill in our own Hven terroir, we have set the foundations for a uniqe evening. We promise a specially curated tasting menu to match the energy of the wines, and in addition to the food and wine, we invite you to share stories, knowledge and true presence in a way that only our Hven hospitality can showcase.
