It tastes the best and is far more sustainable with a wild Mårten Goose. Once again this year, we will serve wild geese straight from the plains of our fantastic island. Served as always, uniquely for you directly at the table.

Where every season offers unique ingredients right outside our door.
Right now we are still harvesting herbs in Tycho Brahe's garden and enjoying the island's fantastic blackberries, pears & apples while hunting season begins at Kungsgården.
From Kungsgården we get all our wild game and so is also the case for our wild Mårten Goose.
A warm welcome out into nature and into the cozy environment of the inn where this year's Goose Dinner Gourmet awaits.
