Our Christmas dinner is presented directly to your table where the whole meal is split up into four well composed acts. You will find all the traditional classics with a balanced vegetarian selection and of course a little extra spice through Kathrin Baake Lithander's updated interpretations in the kitchen.
We have the opportunity to serve you a much fresher Christmas dinner where the focus is completeley on you. Together you get to share an uniquely composed dining experience with plenty of time for each other and space for conversation, laughter and much needed quality time between the candlelight.
We prioritize local ingredients and every person among us when we look to the future. We prefer to work with "less is more" and "the closer the better".
